Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Schoool school management system ("Service") operated by SKITSO DESIGN STUDIOS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using Schoool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Schoool is a cloud-based school management system available via web and mobile applications. It is designed for use by:

  • Schools
  • Colleges
  • Universities
  • Coaching Centres
  • Daycare Centres
  • Sports Academies
  • Training Institutes
  • Any Educational Institution

The Service provides tools including but not limited to student management, fee management, academic records, communication, and administrative operations.

3. User Roles

The Service supports the following user roles:

  • School Owner
  • Admin
  • Teacher
  • Super Admin (Company Team)

Institutions are responsible for managing their internal user access and permissions.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Schoool operates on a yearly subscription model.
  • No free trial is provided.
  • All payments must be made in advance.
  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
  • Subscription upgrades and downgrades are allowed and will take effect as per billing cycle.
  • Failure to pay renewal fees may result in account suspension.

5. Late Payment & Suspension

If payment is not received by the due date:

  • Access to the Service may be suspended.
  • Data will remain stored for a limited period.
  • Service will be restored once payment is completed.

6. Data Storage & Ownership

  • The Service stores institutional data including student, staff, academic, and financial records.
  • All data entered by institutions remains their property.
  • Users may export their data using available export features.
  • After subscription expiry, data will be retained for 30 days.
  • After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted without further notice.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the system
  • Reverse engineer or copy the platform
  • Resell the Service without permission
  • Upload malicious content or viruses
  • Scrape or extract system data without authorization
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For non-payment
  • For misuse of the platform
  • For security risks

Where possible, 48 hours notice will be provided prior to termination.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime may occur due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Technical issues
  • Third-party service failures

10. Limitation of Liability

SKITSO DESIGN STUDIOS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss due to user actions
  • Service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Misuse of the system by institution users

Users are responsible for maintaining backups when necessary.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Schoool platform including design, software, branding, and features remain the exclusive property of SKITSO DESIGN STUDIOS PRIVATE LIMITED.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, applicable across all states and jurisdictions.
