Your data belongs to you
All student, staff and financial data you enter into Schoool is owned entirely by your school. We do not sell, share or use your data for advertising.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Backups are taken daily so your records are never at risk.
How we use AI
Schoool uses AI to help automate WhatsApp message generation, detect fee payment patterns and surface useful insights — always with your school's data only, never pooled with other schools.
No training on your data
We do not use your school's data to train AI models. Your student records, fees and exam results are private and used only to power features within your account.
Data export
You can export all your data at any time in standard formats. If you ever leave Schoool, your data leaves with you.
