Schoool is not free to use. However, since we are currently in our early beta phase, weβre offering a generous discounted pricing for institutions getting started with us now. This allows schools to experience the full platform at a significantly lower cost.
Our standard pricing plans will come into effect from the next academic year, designed to remain fair and accessible for Indian schools while supporting continuous improvements and new features.
Does Schoool work on mobile?
Yes, Schoool works smoothly on any device you already use, whether it is a smartphone, tablet, or computer. All you need is a browser and you are good to go. No downloads, no installations, just simple and hassle free access anytime.
Is the WhatsApp feature included in the subscription?
Yes, all our plans include 500 WhatsApp messages per month. If you need more, you can easily recharge and continue sending messages without any interruption.
How does WhatsApp notification work?
When you admit a student, mark them absent, record a fee payment, or publish exam results, you can send a WhatsApp message to the parentβs registered number with just a click. No manual typing or extra steps needed.
How long does setup take?
Most schools are fully set up within a week after they provide their data in the required format. Creating classes and adding students is handled quickly, and WhatsApp messaging is ready to use right away.
Is my school's data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted, backed up daily and never shared with third parties. Your data belongs to your school.
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export student records, fee reports, and attendance data at any time. Simply reach out to our team, and we will handle the export for you in standard formats.
Do staff need training to use Schoool?
