Our story

Skitso Designs Studios was founded in 2024 in Banswara — a small city in southern Rajasthan. We started as a design-focused studio taking on projects for startups and businesses, building digital products with a strong emphasis on usability and craft.

Through that work, we saw a recurring problem: schools and small institutions in India were still running on paper, spreadsheets, and fragmented tools — not because better software didn't exist, but because what existed was too complex, too expensive, or not designed for people like them.

That insight became Schoool. We shifted our full focus to it in 2024 and haven't looked back. Today, Skitso is a single-product studio — everything we build, every decision we make, is in service of making school management simpler for India.

How we work

• India-first, always

  We build for the realities of India — patchy connectivity, non-technical users, tight budgets, and diverse languages. Every feature is shaped by what works on the ground, not what looks good in a demo.

• Accessible by design

  Software is only useful if people can actually use it. We obsess over simplicity, clear language, and flows that work for first-time smartphone users and veteran administrators alike.

• Small team, full ownership

  We're a lean studio. That means faster decisions, tighter feedback loops, and a product that reflects real conviction — not committee compromises.

• Long-term thinking

  We're not building to flip. We want Schoool to run in thousands of schools across India for decades. Every architecture choice, pricing decision, and support interaction is made with that horizon in mind.
